A clear food safety and quality culture plan has been defined and resources have been provided to ensure it is implemented and improved upon. The management has also set measurable quality objectives that ensure the monitoring of the overall performance of the food safety and quality management system. These objectives are reviewed annually in order to maintain and improve the safety, quality, authenticity and legality of the food products manufactured.
Employees are provided with the required training and resources necessary to do their job. Each employee is responsible for the proper functioning of the food safety and quality management system. Appropriate in‑house personnel are available with knowledge on food safety, quality, authenticity, and legality and who ensure compliance to the system on a day‑to‑day basis. They are also provided with the resources necessary to be updated with new information related to food safety, quality, authenticity, and regulation.
